Sample Availability & Policy
We can generally provide our customers with samples within seven working days at a minimal sample cost. We welcome fax and email orders. Our company accepts payment by T/T and L/C. Freight collect.
Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We guarantee all our products against any manufacturing defects. For purchase orders we guarantee delivery within 25 to 35 days. We handle all customer services at our head office in Shanghai. In addition, we have supporting service through several distribution networks and agents.
